Gentili srl (società a responsabilità limitata, limited liability company) since 1863 has been active in works related to renovation and restoration of ancient Churches, Palaces and Monuments. The territory of Tuscia, where the company has been operating, is in fact really plenty of civil and religious buildings rich of art and architectonic styles.
Gentili Company was established in 1863 by Giuseppe Gentili and actually is run by Andrea Gentili, General Manager, graduated in Conservation and Restoration of Cultural Heritage at Tuscia Univesity in Viterbo (Italy).
Gentili Company in 2013 was declared Historical Enterprise and was added in the Registry of Historical Italian Enterprises. This Registry includes companies having more than 150 years of activitiy (Fig. 1).
The Gentili family takes its origin from the ancient village of Bagnoregio, a small town in the province of Viterbo. Gentili surname is already present in a document of 1546, concerning the relationship between the Community Hall of Bagnoregio and the Jewish Community established in the village [1]

Giuseppe Gentili (n.1830), followed the family’s tradition of GUILD of Master Builders in Civita of Bagnoregio. He established a Building and Restoring Company in 1863 ad worked with competence in Bagnoregio (TUSCIA Territory).
